Privacy Policy for Overtime Innovations Apps

Last updated: 2026-05-01

This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use mobile applications and games published by Overtime Innovations LLC. Each app or game is referred to as an "App" and, together, the "Apps". If you have questions, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Plain-English summary

  • Most of our Apps do not require an account unless the App clearly says otherwise.
  • If you contact support, we receive what you send us, such as your email address, message, and attachments.
  • Purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
  • Some device and diagnostics information may be available to us through Apple or your device settings, such as crash logs.
  • Some Apps may include ads through Unity Ads / Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which may collect device identifiers and ad engagement data for ad delivery and measurement.
  • Some Apps may use optional Apple services such as Game Center, leaderboards, achievements, or in-app purchases.

1) Who we are

The developer of the Apps is Overtime Innovations LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Support email: contact@overtimeinnovations.com. Support page: https://overtimeinnovations.com/apps-support.html

2) Information we collect

A. Information you provide to us

  • Support messages: If you email us or contact us through our support page, we receive the content of your message, your email address, and any attachments you include, such as screenshots.
  • Issue details: If you choose to include app name, device model, iOS version, app version/build, player ID, and steps to reproduce a problem, we receive that information.

B. Purchases

  • If an App offers in-app purchases, Apple processes the transaction. We may receive information needed to validate, restore, or troubleshoot purchases, such as product identifiers and non-sensitive transaction status.
  • We do not receive your full payment card details.

C. Device and diagnostics information

  • Depending on your iOS settings and your use of Apple services, we may receive diagnostic information such as crash reports or performance data that helps us fix bugs and improve stability.
  • This information typically includes device type, operating system version, app version, and events leading to a crash. It is not intended to directly identify you.

D. Game Center and Apple services, if enabled

  • If you use Game Center features in an App, Apple manages Game Center. We may receive limited information necessary to provide those features, such as player identifiers, leaderboard data, or achievement data.
  • If an App uses iCloud, App Store services, or other Apple features, Apple may process information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

E. Advertising and mediation, if included in an App

  • Some Apps use Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) to serve ads.
  • These ad SDKs and their mediation partners may collect identifiers such as the Advertising ID (IDFA), IP address, and device, operating system, or network information.
  • They may also collect ad engagement data, such as impressions and clicks, to deliver, measure, and protect ads.

3) How we use information

  • To provide support: respond to messages, troubleshoot issues, and help with billing or purchase restoration requests.
  • To operate and improve the Apps: identify bugs, improve performance, maintain stability, and improve user experience.
  • To provide app features: support optional features such as leaderboards, achievements, saved progress, or purchase restoration when included in an App.
  • To deliver and measure ads: show ads, measure performance, and prevent abuse or fraud in ad delivery when ads are included in an App.
  • To comply with legal obligations: when we are required to do so by law.

4) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers: vendors that help us operate support, hosting, email, analytics, diagnostics, or app infrastructure. They process information only to provide services to us.
  • Apple services: to support purchases, downloads, crash reporting, App Store services, and optional Game Center functionality as provided by Apple.
  • Advertising partners: Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), including their mediation partners, for ad delivery and measurement when ads are included in an App.
  • Legal and safety: if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Tracking and advertising

Some Apps display ads. iOS may ask for permission to allow tracking across apps and websites through App Tracking Transparency. If you deny permission, ads may still be shown but may be less personalized. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings.

6) Data retention

  • Support communications: we keep support emails as long as needed to address your request and maintain records of support history, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
  • Diagnostics: crash and performance data is retained only as long as useful for troubleshooting and improving the Apps.
  • Purchase support records: records related to purchase support may be kept as needed for troubleshooting, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Your choices and rights

  • You can stop future data sent from an App by uninstalling it.
  • You can manage iOS privacy permissions in Settings, such as tracking permissions, analytics sharing, notifications, network access, and Game Center settings.
  • You can contact us to request help, corrections, or deletion of support communications when applicable.

9) Children's privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13 unless an individual App clearly states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10) International users

If you use the Apps outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
